Case hardening process

I did not make new ones.

I have read that the cook time increases the depth of the case. From that I am assuming that worst case I just waste some more company time and money but the jaws remain at least as hardened as they are right now. Is there something that you think could go wrong that I should caution myself to leave them as is?

More cook time does increase the case depth, up to a certain point.

Clean the part, coat/immerse it, cook it, quench it.
