Case MXM Timing pin

Hi
Does anyone, have one of these, Case timing pins, part no.380000172.
I have a fuel pump job , coming off and would like to get the dimensions, of the pin, to get one made. It is not available, from CNH.

Customer, got someone else to fit a replacement pump and timing is off. Tractor smokes heavily and has no power. When customer complained, the response, was to increase the fuel delivery, to give it more power!

This guy says he was able to sneak a snap gauge through the hole and measure the notch in the crankshaft to make his own:

Does anyone have one of these? It's used to lock the crank at tdc for injection pump removal/repair. I've hit a dead end online and at multiple dealers looking for it.
