As usual, the Sig-O found an interesting tool recently.
We know it's a file handle and that such were made by several companies with the most common being Durbin-Durco and E.C. Stearms. This handle does not match their styles and the "S" shape that comprises part of iron work on both sides is obvious and ought to help in identifying . . . but not for us.
I figured since there was a Thread dealing with Japanning file handles this wasn't to far a stretch to include it a a Garage Tool question. Anyone know anything about it?
