I have a piece from an old Pexto machine that is broken.

The roller and the part are no longer available.

I am looking for a qualified and professional braze repair.

Here are a couple of pictures.

how much meat do you have there?
can the part be drilled and tapped?

looks like you are dealing with a small part. I have had good luck MIG welding parts like that.
you will want to use a BBQ to heat the part through and through and then use a torch to do a final heating in the area to be welded.
use a MIG welder to do the weld and then leave in the BBQ for a little to cook off any induced stresses. turn off BBQ and laeve the part in there to cool slowly or you can bury the part in warm sand untill completly cool
