I don't know if you can get them to ship cheaply, but by far the cheapest prices I found were from Pooley's in Buffalo, http://www.pooleyinc.com/index.html
The price was like a 1/3 what other online places are asking. I should look up the price, but it was something like around $20 for Colson 8"x2" maxim casters. I checked many places.

+1 For Hand Trucks and Casters on eBay.
If you have Amazon Prime, then Amazon is a pretty good deal. Most their heavy duty stuff is 4x4" plate mount so be careful.
But they had a smoking deal on some 6" swivel + lock casters: these were ~$50 shipped!
