I happened across this video tonight:
He shows how to create a pattern for a caster wheel with his CNC router, then uses the pattern to cast some caster wheels.
More than once I've seen people here looking for information on how to replace broken or missing casters on their hydraulic jack restoration projects, so I thought it would be useful information. On the other hand, even if you aren't in need of a new caster wheel, it's a fun and interesting video to watch.
He has some other interesting videos as well, in one he makes a welding table modeled after an Ikea shelf/stand.
