This *****....I went out to check some spare parts for my stock car, that have been in the snow. Its now melted , and i looked at the side of the foundation, and its full of cat pee and ****....All this white lines going through the foundation, and its actually eating into the concrete. Besides all the mean answers im gonna hear about strangling the cats (which arent mine) what shoud i do?
1. What is a cheap fix to stop this
2. Do i need to take immediate action to the concrete to stop the erosion?
:shocking:

Hmmmm, I've never heard a cat urine harming concrete. I'd wash the area with white vinegar to neutralize the urine then maybe block the area off to prevent further urination on it.

I've never heard of cat peee eroding concrete. It's something else if it's eroding. Not to worry if it's just a stain outside....

More importantly - what are your race parts doing in the snow??

I also have never heard of cat urine damaging a concrete foundation. The white lines are probably "concrete efflorescence" ,google it since it is hard to explain.

Damage is probably from such things as freeze-thaw cycle, fertilizers, salts.

Cat pee is quite corrosive to steel, but there may be other issues w/ the concrete.

Agree with salts or efflorescence. Cat pee would stink but that's about it. I've got damage in my garage from years of winter road salt. Looks like rot.

We had a cat pee all over the concrete in our storage unit the smell was terrible and even after steam cleaning it won't go away, we had to have it resealed before it got better but it didn't seem to leave any stain behind..

cleanup using white vinegar and a brush to get rid of odor and perhaps keep cat from coming back

aren't used coffee grounds supposed to keep cats away? The best answer here so far is still the bb gun! Stake 'em out.
