Cat tool boxes?

Just noticed that Costco sells Cat branded toolboxes.

They're labelled "Made in the USA with Global Components"

Any idea who makes them? Quality of construction? I know Snap On and its subsidiaries make the Cat tools. Didn't know if they make the boxes as well.

There also seem to be people selling these same boxes on Amazon & eBay for many multiples of the price.

For that price it would be hard to believe that SO could make them locally. The website does go into detail, and the quality looks promising. I only hope we get them locally so I can have a good look at them.

And we have a winner. Just noticed it says it has Posi-Latch, which is patented by Waterloo.

So are these the HD Craftsman with different branding?

Craftsman are really confusing (HD, Premium HD, Edge...), but it appears that Sears sale prices beat Costco by quite a bit for the same boxes.
