Caterpillar factory tools? Use?

Picked up these 2 items recently, appear to be factory Caterpillar tools. Can anyone shed any light on their use? Is the one that looks like a modified garden sprayer for oil priming engines? Other looks like a hand powered hydraulic pump, but why 3 valve handles? Weird.

Second one looks like an injector tester but missing a couple parts. not sure on the first

First one the sprayer is used to prelube engines. The second one is the pump from a nozzle tester. Used both for many years while working for CAT.

The second one is an OTC Nozzlrator pump, missing the tube and adapter, used to test injectors.

Hey, thanks a lot everyone for the help, definitely wouldn't have guessed the nozzle testing pump. Threw it up on Ebay, maybe someone has a use for it, cause I don't.
