Hi all,
My garage floor is now 30 days cured and I bought 10 gal of armor WB25 concrete cure and seal. I also purchased a few tubes of Silkaflex self leveling poly caulk for the expansion joints. Can I seal first then caulk or the other way around.

Is this "wb25" sealer water based?
I got talked into that because of my radiant in floor possible causing activation and smell. I didn't know any better and it sounded reasonable as my last shop I used a solvent based cure and seal. Talk about VOC's !!!
In the end, the water based may have helped to curing (applied the next day after placing), but it's not durable at all and even a little mist of wd40 removed it. This was a product that I bought at a regional concrete contractor supply company not a DIY store.
If you're building more of a "man cave" living room you might be fine, but if you might ever spill a little mineral spirits or gas/oil etc. I'd do a bit more homework on your sealer first.
To answer your question, I think that the caulking should be after the sealer.

I'd seal and then caulk. Thinking that if you caulk and then seal you will have a layer of sealer on top of the caulk. I expect that the sealer will dry somewhat rigid which might inhibit the ability of the sealer to flex.

That sounds good I just thought that since this sealer is high gloss that it might give the caulk a slippery surface to adhere to
