Real nice CDI inch pound torque wrench, has metric markings as well, 3/8" drive, with case. Real nice shape, works perfect, no issues. Made in USA, pretty sure this is the OEM for Snap On Torquemeters. These work nice to read break away torque like when setting up rear ends and such. $40. plus actual shipping cost.
