Obviously, the ratchet head is different too. The one with plastic handle has junk ratchet head that belongs to a $15 torque wrench. The one with quick release ratchet head is not that great either.Is the plastic versus metal handle the only difference between these?

Trying to understand the $65 price difference.
Thank you for the second set of eyes. I thought I was missing something.I looked at CDI's catalog. I may have missed soemthing, but I don't see any difrernce other than the plastic handle. Accuracy is the same.
All of my CDIs have the metal handle and came with a cert. The last few are "USA with global components" Which is fine with me. I think they are 32 teeth. Snap On keeps the fine tooth and most of the flex head designs for their line.
