CDI vs Snap On Torque Screwdrivers

Hi everybody:
Considering that CDI is a Snap On subsidiary, does anyone know if CDI manufactures SO torque screwdrivers.
Specific example: CDI 401SM Torque Screwdrivers ( http://www.cditorquecanada.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=cdi&Category_Code=tst-mas ) which is also sold as a Williams 401SM versus
Snap On QDRIVER4 ( http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/item...group_ID=16437&store=snapon-store&dir=catalog )
Note: Both are 5 - 40 in. lb.

CDI makes them for SO, whoever is selling the CDI's is just charging too much, check other sites.

You may want to check with CDI, because Precision Instruments still makes some of Snap On's torque tools, such as this:
