ceilinf fan benifits

Greetings from chilly Michigan. Shop is 30 X 40 with 11 foot ceilings. Currently heat with a 75K btu propane overhead. Are there benefits to installing and running a ceiling fan to draw down heat? If so do I run it so the air is pushed up or pulled down for max help?

We run them pulling air up which pushes the air outwards and down the walls.

We do it in reverse in the summer... blows air down to the concrete floor...

I have one centered in the shop which makes a BIG difference in moving the heat around.
