Ceiling configuration for new garage

My builder is proposing a couple different ceiling configurations to maximize my ceiling height for a 4 post lift. Any preferences from the group? The dark line is representative of the garage door.

The more ceiling height you can get and still be able to use it the better. Your current vehicle may not need more, but done the road you may need more. Now if you want to use storage above the garage this would change my thoughts.

My thoughts exactly! We will vault the ceiling, and will adjust the lift placement to utilize the space.

Agree. Any way you can get more height now, you should do it. I only have 12 1/2 feet in mine, and I really wish I had an extra 2-4 feet. I can store my Challenger in the winter and park my wife's car under it, but I can't do the same with my Lifted GX.
