Ceiling fan for 24x32

I would like to eventually insulate, drywall, and air condition my 24x32x12 detached garage workshop. For now though., I’d like to invest in some ceiling fans for ventilation.
Seems like I would either need a really big fan or several smaller fans. Are there advantages of one avenue over the other?
Bag *** Fans seems like a viable option, but I wonder if it’s a lot of marketing hype that make them seem nice, I found Macroair online which seems a viable competitor to them.
My garage has a 18 foot wide door on the 24 foot wall. It has A man door on the 32 foot wall towards one end. The transom windows do not open. There is a ridge vent in the roof.

A fan moves air -- it will not condition it. In some applications where the heat is at the top of a space the fan can actually make you feel warmer and make AC more expensive.

Large blade fans move large amounts of air without having to move rapidly -- you see them in large retail situation with very high ceiling where the AC and heat is coming from the roof -- they can move the air around w/o creating isolated downdrafts.

It's really a personal preference -- but with only 12' I think going with traditional may be in order.


Edit: I have two 52" old school hunters in my space. To clarify above -- since air stratifies .. when you run AC the ceiling will naturally be the highest temp. So placing a fan up high makes the need to AC all the volume in the space vs just keeping the air under 6' cool. There is a real science to keeping large spaces w/ high ceilings cool. Again -- with 12' it's less of an issue.

I went with a 56" industrial fan. 24x30 with a Lean-to. My ridge is 15'. Three speed fan and on high it definitely moves some air down. It will blow dust off things. Also sounds like an air boat but I get used to that and ears seam to tune it out (or I'm going deaf)
I usually run it on the medium speed just to have air moving, but some Oklahoma days it's over 100deg so the air boat sound is welcome if it moves the air.
As yeldogt said when it's first turned on it pulls the really hot air down for a few minutes, but once the air starts moving it is more benefit than not having it.

If I was doing it over today, I'd still use the same fan, but I'd use two of them.

I've been doing more research on these.
I know I'm overanalyzing this.
Most ceiling fans do not specify the RPMs at each speed or the CFM at each speed. Most of them list a CFM, which I assume is the max.
I've found some Hunter fans, which I think is a highly regarded brand, with comparatively low CFM numbers. I wonder if this is something like the lawn mower HP or air compressor CFM ratings from several years ago where they all over-rate things, so then they all have to over-rate to appear competitive.

So what's a good CFM number to have? If my space is 24 x 32 x 12.5, that means I have 9600 cubic feet in my garage. Is that a good number to shoot for? If I had two 4800 CFM fans, is that as good as a 9600 CFM fan? The smaller fans have to move faster, assuming the blades are pitched the same way, but that's an assumption I can't make. Faster speed means more turbulence and that means it's going to blow papers around.
I'm not going to spend $4000 for one of the 10 foot fans, although I'm sure they're nice. That would never pay for itself in a hobby workshop.
I found a 84" fan for $360 or a 60" for $85. I'm leaning towards two of the 60" fans.
