Ceiling Floor boards

My garage has trusses and I want to add some plywood up there so I can store stuff. How thick of plywood should I go? I want to be able to walk up there. Thanks guys!

if you have trusses, you cant put no weight up there unless it was designed for weight

Providing your truss can support the load, 24" on center use 3/4", If 16" on center you can get by with 1/2".
