Just short of unistrut and laying them side x side, what ceiling supports (concrete) can I use if I want to have 4 sets of conduits be supported ~stacked parallel~. Aka, a pair of 2" pipes and also a pair of 1 1/2" pipes.

Strut back to back either shallow or standard strut. So that the openings are top and bottom. Then you can put 2 pipes on top and 2 pipes on bottom. Just bolt them together thru the slots if you don't want to buy the welded strut.

I'm sure that you are not the first to have this situation. Unistrut catalogue? Or is it you don't want to buy the Unistrut?

This is how I've seen it done.
