Ceiling Insulation Question

Good morning everyone, I have a nice 30 x 40 pole barn / garage. I’m in NE Ohio and have a question on how to insulate my ceiling. The garage has a nice concrete floor , insulated garage doors, and soffets on both sides and a ridge vent. Steel siding and roof. I tried doing my due diligence and searched quite a bit on here but don’t see anything that fits my situation.

I insulated my walls with poly netting faced R13 and 3/8” plywood. I plan on using plywood for the ceiling as well. My builder put a vapor barrier on top of my trusses before attaching the roof panels. So my question is: do I need to put anything between my plywood ceiling and the bats of unfaced R30 insulation or will the vapor barrier on top of the trusses do the job? Thank you for any help

The reason for the vapor barrier under the roofing panels is condensation.

Insulate; nonfaced and cover (my choice wouldn't be ply-prefer the fire protection of drywall).

You need to know the bottom chord load rating for those trusses to make sure they can handle the weight of the plywood. If you didn't tell the builder/designer of your plans, then my guess would be they can't handle the load.
