Ceiling mounted electric quartz heaters.

Has anyone here used the ceiling mounted electric quartz heaters from Northern Tool & Equepment? I'm thinking of getting a couple of them for my 23' X 25' two car garage. My walls and ceiling are open stud work, and I won't be able to insulate or drywall for 1-2 years. I'm looking for general opinions of these units and any tips you may have for their use. Thanks

I been a few places that had them. I have no idea how ennergy efficient they are.

However their most interesting feature is that they are like the sun. If you are in close, direct sight of the tube it's nice and warm like the sun is shineing on you.
If you are not close or in a direct path of the tube, it's like you're standing in the shade.
