Ceiling mounted heater help

I know this has probably been discussed over and over, but I figure it wouldn't hurt to ask again. I need a heater for my garage. 24x24 detached with 10' ceilings, and office space on the second floor. I'm in north western PA, so below freezing temps for almost half the year is common. Walls and ceiling are insulated, floor is concrete. My garage is used for mostly mechanical work, motorcycle restoring, general repair, light hobby machining, and general purpose. No paint or bodywork. I'd like the ability to keep it in the mid 60's or higher no matter the temp outside.

I'm looking for a ceiling hung unit, I assume in the 45-50k but range. But having ever owned a new one before, I don't know which brands are known good and which to be avoided. None that I can find are sold locally, so I cold also use a recommendation for a trustworthy vendor.

Budget is tight, like everyone's, but I'll spend what I have to in order to get a deent unit.

I have a 75k HotDawg NG and it is a beast. I have 1200sq ft 4car with 12-15ft ceilings and I can make it as warm as I want no matter how cold outside. You will be good with a 45k unit.

I have a Mr Heater 75k, heating a 1000sq ft shop with 12' ceilings. I am pretty sure I could have used a 45k.
I am sure you don't need more than 45k or so, but you'll want to devise a method of directing warm air from downstairs to the office space above, such as a duct with fan somewhere.

Thanks for the advice guys. Where did you all buy your heaters? I love to buy locally when I can, but in this case, it doesn't seem like I'll be able to.

Steevo, my upstairs office is already heated with a small vent free gas heater that keeps it nice and toasty. The ceiling mounted heater will only be for the garage space.

I used to work for a plumbing/ heating & air supply house. Got my Modine for cost, it was in the low $400's if I remember right. Try one of those type places or there are a lot of places online you can buy. Remember to plan ahead see where your duct work will go as well as gas lines.

I purchased a 45k natural gas Mr Heater from lowes for roughly $360. Cheapest I've seen.

Urban, how long did they take to get it in? When I go to their website, it says its available for in store pickup, but would take until Dec 16 to get to the store.
