Ceiling Tire Storage

Every Spring and Fall I swap out 4 snows on 2 cars. Always carried them out to a shed and stacked them up. I'm looking for a way of storing them in my detached garage and was initially considering high wall storage. Racks are easy to come by and I have a ceiling winch to lift them up. Problem is I'm not finding a good wall space to mount a rack. So... wondering if anyone has suggestions for using a platform and lifting them to the ceiling? I have plenty of space high up (11' ceiling) but I'm not finding any examples of what's been done or products available.

I don't have pictures but at a different house I used a cheap 120v winch and pulley system to lift a 5x6'ish platform up with 3 sets of snow/summer tires on it twice a year. It was kinda hokey because I lifted it higher than the framing, slid five 2x8s under it across the framing using a ladder, then lowered it onto them. Framing was very large red metal I-beams on 5ft centers in that area of shop. Didn't own it so couldn't do anything permanently. But worked great for many years.

The SafeRack platform is what I was thinking of but would really like some lift mechanism. No way I'm going to be lifting them up on a ladder!
