Cellulose insulation exposed, is this a concern?

Im almost ready to insulate my attic. I have a 12ft wide room in my attic for storage and will often be up there to grab or store away things. Have a stairway up there. Just wondering if theres any issue using blown in cellulose in a situation like this. Any health concerns breathing it in?

Have the insulation blown in then board over it with osb or ply?

Once it is blown in and settles it will not "dust up" unless you disturb it. I assume you are piling it higher than the joists so covering it is not an option.
