cement drill bits

I need to drill some small dia. holes in cement block to attach Hardi plank tnly about 7 short pieces.
I need a small rugged bit...what bit would you use???

If you buy the Tapcons in 100 ct. boxes a bit comes with them. You will need a hammer drill--but I'm sure you know that.
