cement floor cracks

My garage floor has two cracks and some busted concrete about 2" wide and 1/4" deep under the garage door. Water runs under the seal in these cracks. At a factory I used to work at they used some kind of epoxy to fix floors. It actually held up pretty good, even with heavy fork lift traffic. Any ideas what would work best? Thanks

Pics. Water is following the crack to the inside but I also think it is just coming in under the door seal.

As you say, it looks like water is coming through all across the door. Unless it is wind driven, the slab doesn't pitch away from the OH door enough to move water. Door seals won't stop water that is running inward. About the only solution is to grind the edge to provide more pitch.

With regard to the crack, it's probably just a shrinkage crack. You could open it up enough to install sealant with a crack chaser bit on an 4" grinder. This probably won't stop the leaks until the pitch is corrected.

I know that pitch is screwed up. The wind is terrible here which does not help either. I am going to try to do something with that pitch but my garage is about the same and it doesn't get water like that. That is a new CHI door which is supposed to be a quality unit but the seal on it is very flimsy. I am thinking about replacing it with one of these. https://www.northshorecommercialdoo...MIpLDVjJP54QIVSR-tBh1-2QsZEAQYASABEgL5vPD_BwE

We carry Epoxy Mortars and Crack Repair Epoxy, both of which could help to fix this.
