this is my first complete build, always added on to what i had and always did it my self. Not this time, not moving again and time to get help ! Local builder doing it and it is looking great. they will have me built ,roofed, sided and i will finish the inside. Will be 34 wide, 30 deep, 10 foot ceilings , and a 15 x34 room upstairs. Off the back corner is a 20 x12 room plus a 8x8 bump out , full bath. I restore, repair , re purpose furniture for fun and profit. And hoping to get back to car restoration, Studebakers...1960 hawk and 1963 supercharged lark . We are 2 weeks in to build, trusses went up day before thanksgiving and our weather here is going to be great for the next few weeks. Cant hardly wait.layout front front is 3 ft from wall is wifes 9 ft door, the 3 foot space, then my 9 ft door , then 10 foot shop space that is 30 feet long to back wall

I like the size, looks plenty big enough...My buddy said that unless you can park two suburbans in your garage and walk all the way around both...you don't have a garage. I have to agree!

Good luck with the build!

Looks like it's going to be a great space.

I'm an old central Illinois boy myself. I look forward to seeing your shop finished, and some of the projects you work on.
