I've been lurking around this forum for years and have finally started my shop sanctuary. Looking forward to posting my build (and getting suggestions!).

May I suggest you update your profile with better location as per what you posted as in future you may find that helps. Specially given this is a very global forum. Often you will find subjects may get different answers depending on locations and regulations.
