Ceramic tile floor

Hello all, I've been lurking around for a few weeks and I think I've decided on doing tile flooring. Can anyone let me know how these tiles would do in a garage (440sqft 2-car garage)?

They are rectified and PEI 4 rated, but I'm concerned about the break strength (only 270lbs). I will have a contractor lay the tile for me as I've never done tile work before, and I will ask them to back butter the tile so to minimize the voids. Also I'd like to place them as close together as possible (almost no visible grout), would they be able to do it with these? At $0.66 a square foot, I'm just about ready to buy them and get it done.

OK, so maybe a picture of the garage would help? Ignore all the ****, it's already been cleared out. I got quite a bit of work to do prepping the floor as the previous owner(s) seemed to have leaky cars.

I'm torn between tile flooring and epoxy at the moment. It's not a large garage, so the material cost and labor would be roughly even for both options.

I'd go at least 1/8 on grout--easier to grout and compensate for floor, wall and tile irregularities.

So it looks like the tile sold out in all stores within 100 miles of me... back to the drawing board. =(

From what I've read people are very happy with there porcelain or VCT floors. I opted for epoxy because I am confident in doing it myself and that makes it least expensive. If I ever have to redo it I will probably consider a professionally installed porcelain or maybe a VCT.
