whats up with this guy, I ordered $400+ worth of tools 2 weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped yet. I tried to email them but it keeps bouncing back. Also tried that foolish live chat and never got a response. Anyone else have problems with them? Chad ***** will never order from him again.
The secret to chadstoolsbox is this: If you order an item and there is no picture associated with it. It's not in stock and has to be imported from the supplier... Usually europe so it's going to take a while.
I've placed orders with nothing but in stock products and I receive the orders very quickly.
They probably need to change the way they show whether products are in stock or not.
I've ordered from them as well and had no issues. I used the live chat function to make sure all my items were in stock before ordering and it shipped the next day and was at my door in a few days, which in itself is pretty good as i live in Canada and stuff usually takes 2+weeks to get to me from the US.
my guess is that all or part of your order was out of stock and they're waiting until it's all at their warehouse before shipping. I can't comment on the email problem as I've emailed them a few times and got prompt responses. Try calling or email again.
I have never had a problem with Chads but you should ask shipping time before ordering. The item being in stock based on photo isn’t absolute. They don’t stock Hazet tools as not much of an interest but do have some photos listed. They pretty much bill you at time of order if your item is in stock or not. My last order took two weeks and one was a Hazet ratchet which came direct from their importer and the other direct from the manufacture.
I went with one of the few other sellers of Hazet and Stahlwille and received a broken Stahlwille ratchet which I had to threaten posting my experience on GJ to get a refund. I never had a problem with returns at Chads.
Thanks for the replies, I guess I'm just getting frustrated. Hopfully stuff will ship soon. BTW ordered a bunch of Knipex, set of Felo ergo screwdrivers, and Wera chissel drivers. I think next time will stick with Amazon though
