Chad, you posted a series of pictures of a Sears tool chest and rolling cabinet. I have purchased both of the same items. I cannot get either to let me open the drawers. I have the top lid to the chest open fully and the three lock-strips in the back seem to be up but not far enough. On the rolling cabinet, I have unlocked the lock but no luck their either. Could you send me a PDF of the manuals/sheets that have come with either or both items. There wasn't anything in my -- unless they are in the drawers and I can't get inside them. If this isn't possible, could you send me the model numbers and/or any phone numbers listed to be used for help that may have come on your paperwork.
