I saw something in a shop that was interesting a while back. Not that it matters, but it was on a farm and they buried a piece of heavy duty chain in the concrete before it hardened. They now have a handy anchor if you will. Might be worth considering. I think I might do something similar with big eye bolts.....

As 1969 said thay are pulling pots. There are some different varities out there and if your in the planning stages research them out a bit. Some are a pipe in the floor with a chain pined to it and a cap on the top. The cap is flush to the floor and lifting it exposes the chain or loop to attach to.

i've seen that at a home garage. the guy chained down his nice car (i forget what it was) in case someone tried to snag it in the middle of the night
