Challenger /Penens ?

I was just wondering how common it was to see tools branded like this.
I have seen and collect Challenger by Proto. But I ran across this one by
PENENS. Did they also have a Challenger line? Or is this the same brand ?

Both names belong to Proto. There also exists sets with individually marked Challenger and Penens tools mixed together. At first it's a little confusing when you're trying to match sets together, but you get used to it.

Dual marked tools are pretty rare. I have only one, but I am willing to let it go.
