Good luck with that. I have a bunch of Challenger. I've called a couple of times. They basically told me ***** being you. I have heard from a couple of other guys that got the same response.
This. Several years ago I had a bad Challenger 3/8" extension. I called the Proto 800 number, sent the extension to their location in GA, and they sent a Blachawk extension as the replacement. They were very courteous.
