Champion Compressor ID help!

I’ve been continuing my search for a compressor and came across the attached. The owner said his grandfather purchased it and used it in his body shop for years. Has a 5hp motor on it but beyond that doesn’t know much. Can someone help me ID this Champion?

Change the oil and run it. Unless you suspect tank rust or some other malady.

Otherwise search for the manufacturer for parts and service.
