Champion Compressor Oil Capacity..

I just bought a Champion VR5-8 compressor and want to get some oil ordered so I have it on hand when it is time for an oil change. For some reason the manual does not say what it's capcity is.
Anyone know how much it takes?

20 or 30 weight NON-DETERGENT oil from the parts house. NOT regular motor oil..
The parts house will stock it.

Yep. That's what my manual says too.

FWIW- I use Mobil Rarus 427 compressor oil.

This is a regular question, no need to panic, they will still make oil by the time you need it.
This is a place the synthetics might really shine. The amounts and the price difference are small and they as well as what came in or with it have a long service life especially if this is a home hobby garage. Can be in the years.
