i've looked all over and can't find any information on this drill press, can anyone
help me out?

They were made by Champion Blower and Forge, Lancaster, Pa. There is a lot of information about them at vintagemachinery.org/mfgindex/detail.aspx?id=165&tab=4 among other on line sites
