Just acquired a 30 gal gas compressor and bought a predator harbor frt engine to install, luckily it stall had pulley but i had to source a sheave for 1” shaft vs orig kohler.
What im having trouble with is figuring out the throttle as it was all in a box when i got this .
I have the air feed tube but unsure how this links to motor speed control.
Any help appreciated.

That's looks like the throttle control valve. It should be fed from the pilot that has the open plastic line coming from it. The pin extends to throttle down the motor. It actuates the same time as the head unloaders to allow the pump to freewheel at idle rpm. You will have to figure out a way to retrofit it to the Predator engine, or use a more generic bull-whip style of throttle control cable running off of the same line. It might be possible to leave it off if you don't mind running unloaded at full rpm, but that sounds wasteful and annoying.

Sorry for the brain fart original post to anyone who read it.
