I acquired a Champion R15 compressor today, my question is the one I have had a 12.5 Kohler on it, I want to use a bnib 5 hp Baldor 1725rpm motor on it, my question is what do I have to do to convert the unloader manifolds so a on/off pressure switch can be used and not have the motor run all the time?

Really not much. Just hook up your pressure switch. Your unloader lines can be removed but do not plug the unloaders on the top of the heads. That compressor should have a centrifugal unloader on it for load less starts. You will probably need a different sheave for the motor. Compressor sheave diameter times 870 (compressor speed @ 5 HP) divided by 1750(motor RPM) will give you the motor sheave diameter.
