Champion R15b fan effectiveness

I have an R15b on an 80 gallon tank. 5hp motor runs it. At work we have a Chinese “5hp” and standing it front of it you feel a definite breeze. In front of my champion I feel nothing. Even putting my hand around the pump I feel no air! Is this right?


I attached a CFM chart from champion for my pump.
