I do my own watch batteries, there are probably better tools but these ones from harbor freight are invaluable to me. If you have one that the cover 'pops' off - the press is extremely useful. Also, I'd see if your watch requires new O-rings when you take it apart.

The HF 3 prong is a jaxa type. I've opened a lot of casebacks with it. You have to make sure the pin spacing is dialed in or it will slip and scratch. For the stubborn ones I made a 6 tab socket type tool matched to the notch spacing of many late 60s/early 70s automatics since that's what I mostly work on. It has a cross hole for a t-bar and can be used with my arbor press to apply downward pressure and keep from popping out of the notches.
