Maybe I'm just not a smart man but I've searched here with zero results and ventured to Google with my search and got very confused. But I see it done all the time. With clickable links that say 'My Bulid' and 'for sale' etc. how do you change this.... http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=181861 to a simple phrase or word like 'Tool Resto' and make it clickable?
Thanks.

{URL="http://www.google.ca"]Click Here[/URL}

I hope this works. When you post a link there is an "insert url" button above the text window. Looks like a little globe with a couple chain links.

Click that and another window will open asking you to insery your link.

Put your link in and hit submit. It will look like the link at the top except the "click here" part will have the address in it as well. It should be highlighted. Just type what you want.

The above would show up as a "click here" link that would take you to google.

Its nice to underline or change color so its more obvious. Hope that helped.

Negative, the link button is what I used in the links in my sig. I click on it, paste in the link hit ok and all it does is links the URL just like it looks in my sig. It doesn't give me the option of ]click here[

Okay...you type what you would like your link to say, like "look Here"

Then you highlight that word or phrase and then click the link button. You should now see your word or phrase within the URL link line, hit OK and viola!

look Here

Ok as you can see in my sig line. I got the links to show up but when I click on them it loads a blank page. I have to figure this one out now. I ran a test page to google and it worked.
