I posted a thread a few days ago about breaking a Wera chiseldriver and I used a sad face icon for the thread. I was pretty disappointed that it broke and figured they would probably say the tool was abused and wouldn't do anything for me. I just heard back from them today and they're shipping me a new one for free! However my thread still has a sad face. I was hoping to edit the main post with an "Update:" mentioning I was very happy with Wera's warranty service so that people could find it when searching for Wera warranty. If it's not possible that's OK, but I thought maybe the thread could be changed to a thumbs up or smiley face or something positive so people wouldn't be discouraged when they see it searching for Wera Warranty and would open the thread to read how it went in my case.
