Changing title

I went to advanced edit but still cannot change the title for my thread in the clasifieds. I would like to change the MI to AZ from MT to MI. Is there anyway to do this. I do not want to clutter up the classifieds w/ multiple posts about the same thing. Thanks in advance for any help.

Similarly, the original author of a thread doesn't seem to be able to delete the original post - and thus the whole thread - as you can on other boards. Especially in the classifieds, this would be nice because you could delete the whole thread when the item is sold.
