Your question comes down to personal preference and availability of said tool. Most of the electrical guys I know only use Klein.

Whereas, those who are more industrial use a combination of both Klein & Channellock. I use both and do have a preference depending upon the job I am doing.

Knipex for most everything here. Got tired of how cheap Klein has gitte, I can now cut fish tape without it gaping my cutters.

Klein for screwdrivers though.

Another vote for Knipex, if that is an option for you. You can get anything online, but you may want to hold them to see if you like them.
Even HD and Lowes carry Knipex now.

For spring tempered needle nose: Knipex.
Regular: Channellock or Klein.

Channellock gets my vote for value alone.
