Channellock green handle screwdrivers?

I picked up this pair of Channellock screwdrivers with the green acetate handles awhile back from a hardware store that closed. These were the only green ones laying on the shelf. I thought they were interesting being I had never seen them in green before. Anyone have any insight? Common? Rare?

I wanna say I've seen those before, but can't nail down the place in my mind. I usually associate things with mental pictures and that helps me place them.
Though it makes perfect sense Channellock would do green handles on drivers like they do their green vinyl pliers covers.

They look like Vaco screwdrivers.
