Channellock Max Torque Screwdriver Set at Sam's Club

Saw this set in Sam's Club today for $9.91. It is Chinesium but didn't look too bad for the price:

Picked one up a few weeks ago at that price! The bottle opener alone is worth $9!!

These Channellock screwdrivers were number 2 in a screwdriver shootout recently. It is posted on the "screwdriver" thread in hotdeals recently. Check it out. I wouldn't mind trying a set based on that review. Not made in USA though. - Paul

channellock should get the same manufacturer that's making the new Proto screwdrivers and Mac screwdrivers to make theirs...that way they'd be Made in the U.S.A.

If you want the bottle opener that's fine, but these are about the worst screwdrivers I have ever used in my life. Harbor Freight puts them to shame.

I'll have to agree...I recently bought a 3 piece set of Channellock pliers that came with a free 6 in 1 screwdriver that had this style handle. The driver itself seemed to be of decent quality, but the handle was the most awful un-ergonomic thing I have ever laid hands on. I tossed it in the kitchen drawer for the wife to use.
