Channellock screwdrivers in local Brick and Mortar?

I've seen the new model Channellock screwdrivers on Amazon and the Channellock site but have been unable to locate them at any of my local brick/mortar stores. I live in South Alabama and have checked Do it Best, Ace, Lowes, HD and a few mom and pop stores. Anyone out there had any luck finding them locally and if so, what chain or store? You'd think they'd have them in more places to get exposure and sell a few more units.

It won't help much seeing as how far you live, but the Hartville Hardware in Hartville, OH has them on the shelf, along with just about everything Channellock makes.

It is the new private label for Do It best, ask your local DIB dealer for them.
DIB owns the rights, its not actually made by Channellock

I believe their screwdrivers are separate from their DoItBest contract. I've seen the Channellock screwdrivers at a couple brick and mortar stores locally. Rural King, and a industrial supplier here in town.

I stand corrected, I am looking in the dealer website and it lists channellock corporate as the dealer on the screwdriver sets.

The picks, screwdrivers, and pliers are the only items listed by Channellock, not another vendor.

They are available in sets (not individually) at my local Do It Best in Cadiz, OH. I was under the impression that the Channellock screwdrivers are actually made by Pratt-Read. They sure look similar.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I was surprised that the local DiB didn't have them. They have everything from vacs to toolboxes branded by Channellock. I'll ask around the next time I stop by there. Speaking of Rural King, I wish that we had those around here. From what I've seen on here and read, they seem like a chain that I'd enjoy!

Some pics of the Channellock tools at the local DIB in Ohio:

Note the sets of Channellock screwdrivers just barely visible about waist high in the background of the second pic.

Rural Kings are OK I guess. Usually kind of dim and kind of grungy, but they carry a ton of stuff and you can find some great deals on items from time to time. The one nearest to me doesn't do a very good job of keeping their tool inventory replenished.

Your DiB certainly has a more comprehensive selection than ours. The local one here caters more to home builders though. Their lumber and millwork selection is amazing.
