any heard of this? pat. in 1933 . looks like it was made by CHAMPION DeARMENT, Meadville,pa.
can't find the pic of the other side. says channelock no. 417.

Ive seen it on here before, the company that made Channellock pliers was called Champion DeArment, Channellock was the name they came up with for their tongue and groove pliers. Eventually they became so popular they just changed their name to Channellock.

I have a set of #410 they say channellock and champion dearment as well.

Yep, Champion DeArment is the original name of Channellock. Nice find, don't see a lot of the really old pliers around here.
