I have loved my Chapman sets over several decades. They have survived as a small manufacturer for a long time. Glad they found an exit strategy! Don’t know anything about Bristol wrench. Haven’t come across that fastener type. Hope the new products make it to market.

I'm curious what new tools they are talking about releasing as that arena seems a bit crowded so anything new to the market needs to be innovative, high quality, and/or worth more than their cost.

I am guessing the new tools are just the Bristol wrench spline L keys and electronic related miniature hex drivers rebranded as Chapman for the name recognition

Bristol manufactures “Bristol Spline” wrenches, used for small high torque fasteners.
Brustol also makes standard hex wrenches.
Chapman if I recall correctly has offered Bristol Spline bits for decades so there was likely already a relationship.

That was my assumption as well.
I believe they also made tools for Xcelite.
I have a set of Snap-on spline keys that I believe to be sourced from them.
