Chas Parker Vise help needed

a local ad has a Chas parker 3-1/2" Jaws. looks to be old vise for sale. Buyer asking $60 but probably can get for $40 without mush haggling.

What is it worth? I have couple good vises so not "a need".

the pictures are blurry so hard to get good view of it.

I prefer swivel too, but I got a work bench that this would work on good. I may check it out in person. Thanks

Worth $50 I would say depending on condition for sure. $60 is realistic asking if you like it.

IMO: Even 60$ is a good price for a Parker vise. The only drawbacks (reasons to haggle) is that it's a straight mount vise and the jaw size is only 3.5". Don't forget to pull out the moving jaw and closely inspect the nut for excessive thread wear and cracks.

I have a 4.5" version in the paint room. Good stout vise.

Thanks everyone for the help. I appreciate it. The seller has a couple older craftsman USA vises too. Hoping to make a package deal after i get to see how many and what shape they in.
